This exclusive film looks at anxiety, its causes and effects and what we can do about it. "Angst" features interviews with kids and young adults who have experienced anxiety and what they’ve learned, including Olympic gold-medalist Michael Phelps.  The film also includes insight from experts who help people manage their anxiety and presents their research on its causes and sociological effects.  Hear about anxiety from a peer-to-peer standpoint that is intimate, honest and accessible. Watch the trailer here.

Bellevue Schools Foundation and Bellevue PTSA Council 2.3 have a limited number of tickets available as part of our Education Connections community engagement program, presented in partnership with ParentMap. Following the film, a panelist of local experts will lead an engaging Q&A with the audience.  Teens and tweens are welcome to attend; recommended for ages 12 and up.
