We need volunteers to make this week a success. Volunteer opportunities include:
Tuesday, May 1: Send your kids to school with fresh cut flowers for staff bouquets. In addition to flowers, we need parents to donate vases and help assemble and distribute flower arrangements.
Wednesday May 2: This is our big event of the week! We will host a staff appreciation lunch for all staff in the library from 1-2pm. Each grade level will be responsible for a table of 10 (linens, place settings, decorations/flower centerpiece, etc.) We need all parents to contribute food/beverage items.
The sign up tool will be circulated among all classes by Friday, April 6. We will also need volunteers the day of the event to help set up, serve, and clean up. Contact Staff Appreciation Chair Jennifer Berry at jenncberry@gmail.com for more information.
