Read-A-Thon Week Continues Through Sunday!

We hope your students have been excited about participating in the Read-A-Thon this week!  Your students should continue to log their reading minutes through Sunday, October 15, at which point they can report their minutes to the people who sponsor them "by-the-minute," attach any checks to the reading log/pledge form, and get everything turned in by next Friday, October 20.

It has been pointed out to us that using this method of doing online donations does not allow families to see who and how much has been donated in their name.  Acknowledged!  If you would like to know this information, please email Kerry Hill with your student's name, and she will gladly look it up for you.

If you are gathering donations from friends and family, simply email them this link:

If you are donating as a parent, you can make a Read-A-Thon donation by clicking this link.

You can find out more about PTSA Fundraising on our Fundraising 101 Info Page.  Questions?  Email chairs Sarah Bryan or Kerry Hill.

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR SUPPORTING OUR READ-A-THON!

Spooky Spaghetti needs VOLUNTEERS!

We are two weeks away from the Spooky Spaghetti & Haunted House!  This event is one of three big events in our school year.  While the 5th grade is taking on the responsibility of the haunted house, all grades are asked to help out at the other fun Halloween activities.  Most of these items are low-pressure, "Stand next to the candy corn jar and make sure nobody eats it" type jobs.

We would like to offer ALL of the activities listed in the volunteer signup, but if we do not get enough volunteers to support the activities, we will cut back.  So, the amount of fun to be had on the 27th depends largely on our community's willingness to step up.  PLEASE SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER and make this a night to remember for our kids!  Teenagers who need volunteer hours can earn them by volunteering at this event (bring your filled-out form to our chairs).  Your support is very much appreciated by all members of our community -- especially the short ones wearing costumes!

5th Graders & Their Families should use this link to sign up to help with the School Of Screams Haunted House!
All other grades should use this link to sign up to help with Spooky Spaghetti!

Have you pre-ordered your tickets yet?  You can purchase a dinner/haunted house ticket bundle to save a few dollars, or purchase items separately.  The pre-order deadline is October 25.  Click the Pumpkin in the upper left-hand corner of our website or use this handy link.

It's going to be a SPOOKTACULARLY GOOD TIME!

- Make copies and staple together books of different levels
- Make copies of activities
