Save The Date for the Toast To Enatai Fundraiser!

The Toast to Enatai is our "Parents Night Out" party fundraiser, which will be held on February 3, 2018 at Cast Iron Grill.  Toast to Enatai is the biggest PTSA fundraiser of the year to help achieve our $100,000 goal by June.  We use the funds raised to pay for important items like (This year's budget in parentheses):
- Reading & Math instructional aides ($60,000) to help extend and support students in Reading and Math
- Curriculum enhancement ($25,000) which includes Field Trips, assemblies, special guest speakers, and more
- The YMCA Recess program ($12,000), which has been an incredible help keeping kids engaged (and therefore out of trouble) at lunch recess.
- Library books ($5,000) to help our library stay up to date with materials.
- And many more fun and engaging programs with smaller budgets (Science Fair!  Art Docent!  Reflections Art Contest!  Variety show!  Multicultural night!  Movie night!  Welcome back coffee!  Teacher appreciation!  Much, much more!).

At the Toast To Enatai, you will have opportunities to sign up to attend parent hosted parties like a Wine Tasting Party, Ladies' Bunco Night, and Minute To Win It.  We will also have Teacher Experiences for your child like Teacher Of The Day, Game Day and Movie Day!
New this year is a VIP pre-party and short live auction featuring items like “Name the Playground."  Enjoy appetizers, drinks, music and meeting fellow Enatai parents.  Make this a date night, mom’s night or dad’s night and enjoy a fun night out celebrating and supporting Enatai!

Toast to Enatai Team Needs Your Help!

We will be having a professional auctioneer this year so that means more amazing items to bid on to raise money for our school.  We are always looking for more fabulous items to auction off.  If you would like to donate an auction item like a week in a vacation home, a day on your boat, a case of special wine, free airline tickets with those extra miles you have or Seahawk Tickets (just to name a few examples)  Your donation is 100 percent tax deductible and you will receive public acknowledgement of your generosity at the event and in the PTSA newsletter.
If you don’t have an item you want to donate, but would like to host a party, that is needed too!  We are specifically looking for someone to host a Poker Night.  Other ideas are welcome!  Any party costs are considered a tax deductible donation to the PTSA.
If you would like to help our Toast event be a success by Donating an Item or Hosting a Party, please please email Melissa Kaptik.
Stay tuned for more details about this fun night and for now, add February 3 to your calendar!
