Enatai Eagles read for a total of 50,017 minutes during the week of the Read-A-Thon. 89 students participated and raised just over $13,000 for our school! Everyone who participated should be incredibly proud of their efforts. Way to go, Eagles!
Here are the winners of the Reading Prize. These students read the most number of minutes in their grade and will receive a Special Reading Achievement Certificate signed by Mrs. MacDonald and Mrs. Sameti and a $25 Gift Certificate to Island Books!

Attention 5th Grade Parents!
Every month we coordinate a staff lunch that each grade takes turn hosting. Fifth grade will be hosting the next lunch on Wednesday, January 15th. The theme will be brunch. The staff very much look forward to these lunches and they are a great morale booster!
For those of you who remember our efforts last year, we are stepping it up in celebration of our student's last year at Enatai and in thanks to all the staff who have nutured them during their time here. Please join us in contributing to this gesture of thanks from the 5th Grade!

Have you heard about the Enatai Yearbook Cover Design Contest? Get out your pencils and start designing the winning cover for the 2019/2020 Enatai Yearbook! Your design must be original and include the school year (2019-2020), school name (Enatai Elementary) as well as the Enatai eagle logo.

Buzz Bowl is a buzzer game of multiple choice and short answer questions to make Math and Science
learning fun for 5th-8th graders. Teams challenge each other to buzz faster and answer the questions. Whether your child is a beginner, intermediate, or a whiz, it offers fun and a challenge to everyone. Buzz Bowl will be held at Odle Middle School on January 25, 2020 from 8:30 am-2:30 pm. Buzz Bowl is a fundraiser for the Bellevue School Foundations. For additional questions email: science4community@gmail.com

Is your student collecting stickers for their school achievements? Being part of the Enatai Eagles Academic Adventure is as simple as participating in the many activities and events provided by the Enatai PTSA and our school. Every student can take part! Students have already received stickers for attending assemblies, Egg Drop, Fall Book Fair, Fall Festival and Haunted House, Reflections Art Contest, Movie Night, Read-a-thon, and more!
The Enatai Eagle Academic Adventure Program was created to encourage students to explore different fields of knowledge. The PTSA provides more than 30 programs at Enatai Elementary in many fields of interest for our students and their families.
