The Cornell University Glee Club & Chorus visited Enatai last week.  What an amazing experience!  The entire school experienced a wonderful, interactive assembly that included songs in several languages and showcased the University students’ beautiful singing, fun personalities, and the joy of making music in community.  Our 5th graders also participated in a workshop with Cornell that incorporated conducting techniques, listening skills, rehearsal stratgies, and ended with our 5th graders and the Cornell musicians singing a four-part piece, including vocals and body percussion, created on the spot!

A huge thank you to our PTSA for sponsoring lunch and to the many parents it took to coordinate ordering lunch, setting up, and cleaning up for 100 hungry college musicians!  And thank you to Enatai parent and Cornell alum, Dennis Chow, for connecting Enatai and Cornell for this unique musical experience.

Special enriching experiences like these would not be possible without generous donations from our Enatai parents and community.  Thank YOU for supporting Enatai PTSA!
