Last program of the year! In this program, we’ll explore the best of the past year, revisiting our most favorite stories and poses! Like always, in every class we work the body through poses, the nervous system through breath, and the mind through mindfulness techniques. We have so much fun and hope that you join us.  
 
Each hour-long experience always includes movement, mindfulness, breathing, creativity, and connection. 
All grades are welcome!  Pre-registration is required.
