The PTSA newsletter is distributed electronically to those who have signed up through this website. The newsletter provides school news, upcoming events, PTSA activities as well as school district and community information of interest to parents. Unless there is an update of information, articles will appear in the newsletter ONE TIME.  Miss something?  Past newsletters can be found in the Archive News section of our website, below.  



To subscribe to the PTSA newsletter, sign up for a website account at by clicking on the Join PTSA icon.  When entering your info, make sure to leave the Newsletter box checked.

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, visit the My Account section of our website and uncheck the Newsletter button.

The purchase of a PTSA membership, while strongly encouraged, is not required to receive the newsletter.  There is more information about the benefits of purchasing a PTSA Membership on our Membership 101 info page


Article Submission Guidelines

The newsletter is sent out every Friday.  We ask that all submissions be sent to the Communications mailbox by the Wednesday before the Friday you wish to include your article.  Only submissions sent to the Communications mailbox will be considered for the newsletter.  Help preserve your newsletter editor's sanity by not submitting your article request to her personal mailbox.  Thank you.  :)

If you would like a graphic to be included with your article, please send it in .jpg or .png format.  Images about 100-200 pixels wide work best.  We prefer not to host PDF flyers, but we are glad to link to PDF flyers that you host on your website.

Because we want our membership to know that what they are receiving in our newsletter is news relevant to Enatai Elementary & PTSA families, we have come up with the following guidelines for article submission from outside organizations:

  • Non-Profit and Community Organizations:  If you are a non-profit or community organization of interest to the families of Enatai Elementary, we are glad to put your announcement in our newsletter once, and will leave your announcement on our website until it is no longer applicable.  If your organization is an after-school activity, we are also glad to add you to our After School Activities page.
  • For Profit Organizations:  All for-profit organizations who would like exposure via our newsletters and/or website should first become a Partner In Education.  If you would like to become a Corporate Partner In Education, please see this link, or email chair Julie Uyeda.
