Toast To Enatai Fundraising Gala
Quick FAQ and Donation information

What is the Toast to Enatai?

The Toast to Enatai is PTSA's largest community building social event of the year with the goal of raising funds for the school.  This year the funds will go towards:

1. Math and Reading Aides to help increase staff to student ratios
2. Curriculum Enhancement such as field trips, assemblies, and school productions
3. Classroom and Library Supplies

All of our children benefit from these funds.  The event is on Saturday, March 9th from 6pm - 10pm at Hyatt Regency Bellevue and ticket sales just started, so purchase a ticket at www.enatai.maestroweb.com, support our kids, and have some fun!  Each ticket is $100 and includes a delicious 2 course dinner, 2 drink tickets, and wine.  If you need childcare, Adventure Kids Playcare in Bellevue is offering 15% off for that evening.  We are also in need of some procurement items, party hosts, and volunteers.  Below are some details on each.

Procurement
We have procured a lot of great items for the auction, but we are still looking for specific items such as vacation rentals to Suncadia, Whidbey Island, Friday Harbor, or someplace sunny like Hawaii or San Diego.  We are also looking for game consoles with games, kids birthday parties such as Pump It Up/Laser Tag/Climbing Gym, movie gift cards, wine for our Wine Pull, and desserts for our Dessert Dash.  If you have an item to donate, please fill out a procurement form available from the school office.  You may attach gift cards to the procurement form and put it in the TOAST inbox which is in the school office far right.  If you have a large tangible item, please email toast@enataiptsa.org and we can arrange for a pick up time and location.

Party Hosts
Do you love hosting parties or planning parties? We are looking for party hosts where we can auction off an experience such as a Bollywood Party, Whiskey Tasting, or Wine Spectator Party.  How this usually works is that you commit to hosting X number of guests, you decide the cost i.e. $50 per person, and a theme.  For example, if you host a Bollywood party with Indian Food and drinks, you can host up to 20 people and tickets are $75.  The hope is that all 20 spots are filled, and we raise $1500 for the PTSA.  Parties have been extremely popular in the past and it’s also a fun way to get to know other parents.  Feel free to come up with other ideas also!  If this seems fun and you want to host a party, please contact toast@enataiptsa.org

Day of Volunteers
We are in need of day of volunteers for pre event set up, check in, silent auction organizers, check out, and after event tear down.  If you want to help out, please contact toast@enataiptsa.org or signup here:  Toast to Enatai Volunteers

Thank you again for supporting our children, caring about Enatai Elementary’s enhancement programs, and giving our children the best education possible.
